A business card is your customer’s first impression of your company. If your business cards are not professional and appropriate for your industry your prospective customer is not going to walk away with a great first impression. Besides looking professional your business cards also need to be industry appropriate. For instance if you are a graphic designer you may want a colorful creative business card to convey creativity to your prospective customers. Never have business cards printed on anything less than a 14 pt card stock when dealing with full color. The 12pt card stock that a lot of printers use is too flimsy and looks and feels cheap.
